RSNF Curriculum Development Specialist

Overview
GovCIO is hiring a RSNF Curriculum Development Specialist to provide technical and administrative support for the analysis, maintenance, and development of training curriculum, courseware, and training systems. This on site position is located in Riyadh, KSA.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support for analysis, maintenance, and development of training curriculum, courseware, and systems.
• Analyze current courseware and curriculum to identify training and education gaps and select appropriate media types and delivery modalities.
• Assist the RSNF in establishing a central Curriculum Management organization within the Learning Education Center.
• Assess courseware products in accordance with current NAVEDTRA standards.
• Establish and tailor the US Navy end to end process (NETC End To End SOPs) for RSNF curriculum management.
• Develop or update RSNF courseware (classroom and interactive multimedia instruction).
• Provide technical guidance in design, development, modification, specification preparation, and documentation for training system testing and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of related experience (or commensurate) in BS field related to the assigned program or position.
• Minimum of four (4) years of direct military experience in the associated functional task, OR ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience.
• Professional knowledge of Navy management theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques.
• Must be a United States citizen or a Saudi national.

Posted Salary Range: USD $69,900.00 - $80,030.00 / Yr.
