Russian Sales Representative

GRAND Clinic is looking for Senior sales representatives to join its team. If you are fluent in Russian and have experience working as a medical representative, this vacancy is for you.

Please note that this job can only be performed from our office. The employee must reside in Istanbul, Turkey.

Job description and main responsibilities:

-Interact with potential customers, presenting our offers and effectively communicating their value to generate interest and create sales opportunities.

-Solve patient problems by actively listening to them, showing empathy, and providing accurate and relevant information to build trust.

-Negotiate and secure commitments from patients to complete purchases, ensuring a positive decision-making experience.

-Maintain detailed records of interactions to track progress, measure effectiveness, and facilitate timely follow-up with potential customers.

-Proactively work to meet or exceed sales goals through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Qualifications:

- Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Medical Consultant in Turkey .

-Excellent communication skills and active listening skills are required. Basic knowledge of sales and customer service is required.

-Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software is required.
