Russian-Speaking Sales Executive (Export – CIS Markets)

About the Role

Alton General Trading is seeking a dynamic, Russian-speaking Sales Executive to lead our export expansion across Russia and CIS countries. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong understanding of CIS markets and a passion for building long-term business partnerships. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, driving export sales, and strengthening our international presence in the electronics and consumer goods sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business with buyers, distributors, and key partners in Russia and CIS markets.
• Identify, approach, and secure new clients and distribution channels for our product lines.
• Manage sales negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract execution with international clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Dubai head office to align sales strategies and achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian (spoken and written) – essential.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales, export, or business development.
• Strong understanding of CIS markets and business practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate (on-site role in Deira).
• Proficient in English for internal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in export sales or general trading.
• Established network of buyers or clients in Russia or CIS countries.
• Highly self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven personality.
