RV Finance Manager

Camping Nation RV’s™ is seeking a high-performing Finance Manager to lead our financial services department. This role is critical in bridging the gap between a customer’s dream of ownership and the final delivery. You will be responsible for securing competitive financing, managing all contract documentation, and—crucially—driving revenue through the strategic sale of back-end products.

The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator who understands that the sale doesn't end when the unit is picked; it’s about ensuring the customer is protected and their RV is fully equipped for the road.

Key Responsibilities

  • Back-End Product Sales: Actively present and sell a comprehensive menu of aftermarket products, including:
  • Extended Service Contracts (Warranties)
  • GAP Insurance and Total Loss Protection
  • Tire & Wheel Protection
  • Paint and Fabric Protection packages
  • Parts & Accessories Integration: Collaborate with the Parts and Service departments to incorporate accessory packages and essential road-ready kits into the customer’s financing.
  • Lender Management: Maintain and expand relationships with local and national lenders to secure the best possible rates and terms for a diverse customer base.
  • Financial Consulting: Conduct professional interviews with customers to assess their needs, review credit applications, and explain financing options clearly.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure 100% accuracy in all paperwork. You will manage the entire lifecycle of a deal, from credit submission to final funding, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Profitability Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including PVR (Profit Per Vehicle Retailed) and product penetration rates.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record as an F&I Manager in the RV, Automotive, or Marine industry.
  • Sales Expertise: Exceptional ability to "sell from the menu" and overcome objections regarding back-end products and warranties.
  • Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills; ability to build instant rapport with customers.
  • Detail Mastery: Extreme attention to detail to ensure contracts are funded quickly and correctly the first time.
  • Ethics: A high degree of personal and professional integrity.
