Pipeline Gurus is searching for a motivated and ambitious SaaS Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, managing lead generation, and driving interest in our innovative software solutions. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in building strong relationships that lead to successful sales.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, identify potential customers, and gather competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and follow-up strategies that generate leads.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and pipeline activities in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Prepare and present regular activity and performance reports to management.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand your professional network.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and technology solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRMs and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
