TechUp Labs is looking for an AI-First Full Stack Marketer — someone who lives and breathes marketing through the lens of artificial intelligence. About the Job:

As an AI-First Full Stack Marketer, you’ll be responsible for driving growth and visibility across all digital touchpoints — powered by AI. You’ll use tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, HubSpot AI, and custom LLMs to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies across content, SEO, paid media, automation, and analytics. You’ll blend creativity, analytical thinking, and AI expertise to build marketing systems that scale intelligently — not manually. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to ensure every campaign, asset, and message is optimized through AI insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute AI-powered marketing strategies across digital channels (social, email, SEO, paid, content).
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Perplexity, etc.) to automate and enhance content creation, ad copy, and campaign ideation.
• Build and manage marketing automation workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Zapier, Make, or custom AI-driven pipelines.
• Analyze customer data and market trends using AI analytics tools to optimize performance and ROI.
• Manage SEO and content strategy with AI-driven insights (SurferSEO, Clearscope, NeuronWriter).
• Generate campaign visuals using generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, Leonardo AI).
• Integrate AI chatbots or recommendation systems to enhance user engagement and lead nurturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-enhanced growth experiments.
• Continuously explore new AI tools and marketing technologies to improve efficiency and creativity.
• Report on KPIs, growth metrics, and marketing performance using AI-based dashboards and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Growth Marketer, or Full Stack Marketer.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, analytics, and AI-driven content workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, Notion AI).
• Solid grasp of SEO, SEM, and content marketing fundamentals.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing analytics, and email automation tools.
• Understanding of social media strategy, ad management, and creative automation.
• Ability to design and execute data-driven growth experiments using AI insights.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, experimental, and remote-first environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building or managing AI-assisted marketing campaigns or SaaS growth funnels.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and optimizing AI-generated marketing outputs.
• Experience integrating AI APIs or automation flows for lead generation and campaign optimization.
• Exposure to data analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Experience using A/B testing and personalization tools powered by AI.
• Understanding of marketing attribution models and customer journey mapping.
• Creative eye for visual storytelling and brand design using generative tools.
