SaaS Marketing & Business Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented professional with proven experience in SaaS product marketing and lead generation. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing ZOHO Campaigns, conducting follow-up calls with international prospects, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute SaaS product marketing campaigns, ensuring effective positioning and lead conversion.
  • Manage and optimize ZOHO Campaigns for email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Generate qualified leads through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other digital channels.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with international prospects, qualify opportunities, and move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Identify and approach new clients across target markets to expand the company’s global footprint.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline within CRM (ZOHO), ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule product demos and support proposal development.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Stay updated on SaaS industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in SaaS product marketing and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience working with ZOHO Campaigns and CRM.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting follow-up calls with international clients/prospects.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnels and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to identify new client opportunities and convert leads into business.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
