Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven SaaS Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling our software-as-a-service solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable SaaS solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM tools
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion rates
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SaaS or B2B sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Strong closing and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience selling software, cloud-based, or subscription-based products
  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales strategies
  • Knowledge of sales funnels, KPIs, and conversion metrics
  • Experience working with international clients
