~5 years (or more) of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM / Procurement — with deep functional expertise in at least 4–5 Procurement modules (Sourcing, Purchasing, SSP, Contracts, Supplier Management / Portal / Supplier Qualification)
Solid understanding of core procurement business processes: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), supplier onboarding/management, contract management, sourcing & purchasing cycles.
Experience in full lifecycle implementations: requirement gathering design configuration testing UAT go-live support.
Working knowledge of reporting tools in Oracle Cloud: e.g. OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP) for functional reporting or analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to map business requirements to technical/functional solutions.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to work with business users, project managers, technical teams, vendors, and support teams.
Ability to manage Service Requests (SRs), coordinate with support/maintenance, handle patches/updates, regression testing post-updates.
