Role Purpose
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to drive new logo acquisition across the Middle East telecom market. This role is ideal for a sales professional with 3–5 years of proven experience in SaaS and technology sales. The candidate must be a Middle East local and fluent in Arabic to effectively engage regional telecom operators and enterprise customers.
You will focus on lead generation, pipeline development, consultative selling, and enterprise deal cycles, working closely with senior sales leaders to convert opportunities into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and research prospective telecom operators and service providers across the Middle East region.
· Generate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and partner referrals.
· Drive end-to-end new logo acquisition in the assigned territory.
· Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined business criteria and opportunity fit.
· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with quarterly revenue targets.
· Lead discovery calls and product presentations with prospective clients.
· Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity data in Salesforce CRM.
· Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to develop tailored proposals.
· Meet defined monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
· 3–7 years of proven experience in SaaS sales or Technology Sales (mandatory).
· Must be a local candidate from the Middle East region.
· Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency required.
· Experience selling B2B SaaS or enterprise technology solutions is essential.
· Prior experience in telecom technology sales is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong consultative selling and enterprise deal management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
· Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
· Understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue, and subscription sales.
· Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
· Results-oriented, organized, and self-driven mindset.
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
