Role Summary

Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining sachet packaging machines to ensure efficient production, consistent quality, and minimal downtime while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sachet packaging machines as per production schedules and SOPs.
• Set up machines, adjust settings, and monitor operations to maintain quality output.
• Inspect finished sachets for accuracy, sealing quality, and correct labeling.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on the machines.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report major breakdowns to maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production logs and report daily output to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the production area.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to address product defects or inconsistencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certification preferred.
• Prior experience in sachet or packaging machine operation.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
