Sachet Filling Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Sachet Filling Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating and maintaining sachet filling machines to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of powders and liquids.

Qualification: DAE Mechanical or Minimum of Intermediate (FSc – Pre-Engineering).

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in operating sachet filling machines or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Expertise in operating and adjusting sachet filling machines (Powder and Liquids).
• Basic mechanical knowledge for performing routine machine maintenance.
• Set up and operate sachet filling machines according to production schedules and product specifications.
• Calibrate machine settings to ensure accurate filling volumes and consistent packaging quality.
• Monitor the filling process to prevent overfill, under fill, or spillage.
• Conduct regular checks and inspect packaging materials and filled sachets for any defects or inconsistencies by making adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance by collaborating with maintenance team for technical repairs.
• Track and record production data and Report daily production outputs.

• Strong focus on maintaining accurate filling and consistent product quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physically demanding tasks.
