Job Summary:

CPSFL is seeking a dynamic Safe Kids Injury Prevention Coordinator. The Safe Kids Injury Prevention Coordinator's primary responsibility is to implement the daily operations of the Safe Kids Palm Beach County program and coalition; including but not limited to daily activities, oversite of the child passenger safety inspection stations, scheduling, staff supervision and quality assurance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience working in program coordination OR AA Degree with four years’ experience working in program coordination. This is preferred, however can substitute experience in place of degree.
  • At least one year supervisory experience or at least two years’ experience in a Senior Group Leader or similar role, that includes support in program oversight.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field working with community partners, families and children.
  • Bilingual a plus.

  • COLLABORATION: Collaborate with other departments to integrate early childhood injury prevention into programs.
  • OUTREACH: Coordinate and facilitate conversations with community programs and organizations.
  • ORGANIZATION: Ability to plan, organize and manage the workload, set priorities, and perform activities in a manner that makes the best use of existing resources and time.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation: $$55,913 annually.
  • Generous Paid Time Off: Our company provides an exceptional paid time off package, including ten paid holidays, a fully paid week off from Christmas to New Year, as well as the accumulation of vacation, sick, and personal time right from the beginning of your employment.
