Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Safety Office Administrator to support daily office operations, including accounts payable and receivable, answering phones, and administrative support. This role is based in-office and is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly.

Duties

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitors and manage general inquiries
  • Maintain office files (digital & physical)
  • Process Accounts Payable
  • Process Accounts Receivable
  • Send invoices and track payments
  • Follow up on outstanding balances (Collections)
  • Support leadership with administrative needs

Qualifications

  • 2+ years administrative or office experience
  • Comfortable with AP/AR or bookkeeping basics
  • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Quickbooks Experience
  • Experience in safety, compliance, or adjacent industries

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
