Education: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Science, or a related scientific/technical field

Key Responsibilities:

· SDS Authoring and Maintenance:

· Author and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels for products using specialized software and regulatory databases.

· Ensure all SDS are compliant with current regulations, including OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (HCS), EU REACH/CLP, and other relevant international standards.

· Manage the review and release process for new and revised SDS.

· Gather, interpret, and manage raw material data, including technical specifications, toxicity data, and regulatory classifications, to determine the hazard profile of finished products.

· Perform hazard classification of substances and mixtures based on toxicological, physicochemical, and ecotoxicological data in accordance with GHS criteria.

· Monitor regulatory changes globally and update SDS content proactively to maintain compliance.

· Serve as a regulatory resource for internal stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Operations, Sales) regarding product classification, safe handling, and transportation requirements.

· Respond to internal and external inquiries related to SDS content and product safety data.

· Participate in internal and external audits related to product safety documentation.
