  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on compliance and risk
  • Lead Safety Committee meetings and foster accountability across regions
  • Support workers’ compensation follow-up and reporting

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (or related field)
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in safety management
  • Experience overseeing multi-site programs (construction + manufacturing preferred)
  • OSHA 30 required; CSP/CHST or OSHA 500 a plus
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel 40–60%

Why Join?

You’ll be the driving force behind a safer, more aligned, and more accountable organization—building programs that shape the company’s long-term culture and operational excellence. This is a role where your impact is visible, valued, and meaningful.
