Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at the workplace.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective measures.
• Prepare safety reports and maintain records of incidents, inspections, and training.
• Conduct safety training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Coordinate with management to implement safety programs and initiatives.
• Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, and suggest preventive actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Engineer in industrial or construction environments.
• Knowledge of local and national safety regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Certification in safety management or industrial safety.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,135.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
