Safety Executive

Position: Safety Executive
Location: Gandhidham
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Construction / Industrial Safety

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at site/plant
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks to workers and staff
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Factories Act and other applicable regulations
• Maintain safety records, incident/accident reports, and recommend preventive actions
• Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) across all work areas
• Coordinate with management, contractors, and external agencies for safety compliance
• Support the implementation of emergency preparedness and fire safety drills

Key Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Safety / Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety (Govt. recognized preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer/Executive in industrial operations
• Strong knowledge of safety standards, statutory rules, and best practices
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to train and motivate workforce for safe work practices
