Job Title: Safety / HSE Officer (Factory Floor Compliance and Office Work) (Male Only)

Company: Non-woven Manufacturing Plant

Location: Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi (Only candidates living nearby will be preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

On-Ground Responsibilities:

1. Enforce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage on the factory floor.

2. Ensure process compliance during civil, electrical, and maintenance works.

3. Conduct daily inspections and identify unsafe acts or conditions.

4. Lead safety drills, awareness, and emergency preparedness.

Office & System Responsibilities:

5. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safety.

6. Maintain incident reports, audits, and inspection logs.

7. Implement safety improvement projects (e.g. fire alarm system, emergency signage).

8. Organize and conduct safety training for workers and supervisors.

9. Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Education & Certifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

2. Safety certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are preferred.

Required Experience:

1. Minimum 2–3 years in safety/HSE roles within manufacturing, industrial, or factory setups.

2. Should have hands-on experience with PPE, PTW systems, SOPs, and factory compliance.

Skills:

1. Capable of both floor-level supervision and documentation/reporting.

2. Good communicator and trainer for worker safety awareness.

3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Salary: PKR 55,000 – 65,000/month

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon - Sat)
