About the Company

A leading transport operator in Riyadh providing passenger services to Qiddiya – one of the largest entertainment developments in the region – is seeking two experienced Safety Inspectors to join its Quality, Health & Safety (QHS) team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing ISO-certified systems within a high-profile, safety-critical public transport environment.

The Role – Safety Inspector (QHS / HSE / ISO Compliance)

Reporting to the QHS Manager, you will support the implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment with:

• ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)
• ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
• Saudi regulatory requirements
• Internal compliance standards

You will help embed a strong safety culture across operations supporting a major transport network servicing Qiddiya.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 certification maintenance JD - Safety Inspector
• Assist with accreditation processes and liaise with certification bodies
• Manage and update document control registers and master lists
• Coordinate internal audits and manage corrective actions
• Develop and update QHS policies and procedures
• Conduct QHS induction training for new employees
• Support departments in achieving QMS and HSE objectives
• Ensure compliance with IMS and change management processes
• Promote safe work practices across the organisation

Requirements

• Saudi National (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in relevant field
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 standards
• Experience in document control and quality compliance systems
• Internal or Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
• Experience developing policies and procedures
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
• High attention to detail and results-driven mindset
