Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Safety Officer with 7-10 years of experience in chemical and polymer industries to lead our safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and PDIS certification, with proven ability to develop a robust safety culture through effective training and deep knowledge of industrial safety processes. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations to ensure compliance with statutory and industry safety regulations. The role involves creating and implementing safety policies and SOPs for hazardous materials handling, emergency preparedness, and PPE usage. The Safety Officer will organize training programs, promote safety awareness, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential to foster proactive safety behaviour and maintain a safe working environment.
