Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Safety Manager to oversee all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance on our construction and landscape sites. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in construction safety management, a solid understanding of landscape project operations, and a passion for maintaining a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and programs.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments on multiple projects.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide safety training and toolbox talks for field teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
• Maintain and update all safety documentation and reports.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of safety management experience in construction or landscaping projects.
• Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
