Job Purpose:

The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company standards. The role ensures that all site activities are performed safely and that risks are properly managed to prevent accidents and injuries.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Occupational Safety (or equivalent).
  • NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HSE management within the construction industry in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, local safety codes, and authority approval processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in report writing and Microsoft Office applications.
