Safety manager For Real Estate Group_Punawale - Pune

Key Responsibilities1. Site Safety Management

• Implement and monitor HSE policies across all real estate project sites.
• Ensure safety compliance for high-rise buildings, basements, podiums, towers, and amenities areas.
• Supervise safety related to MIVAN / Aluminium Formwork, slab casting, scaffolding, and shuttering.

2. Statutory & Legal Compliance

• Ensure compliance with BOCW Act, Factory Act, IS Codes, NBC, and local labor laws.
• Maintain statutory registers, permits, and documentation required for inspections.
• Coordinate with labor department, safety auditors, and government authorities.

3. Hazard Identification & Risk Control

• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment, and Method Statements.
• Identify risks related to work at height, lifting operations, tower cranes, hoists, excavation, and electrical works.
• Implement control measures to prevent accidents and unsafe conditions.

4. Training & Safety Awareness

• Conduct site safety induction for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Organize toolbox talks, mock drills, and safety campaigns.
• Train workforce on PPE usage, fall protection, fire safety, and emergency response.

5. Incident & Accident Management

• Investigate accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences.
• Prepare detailed incident reports with root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Track safety KPIs such as LTI, near-miss reports, and safety compliance scores.

6. Contractor Safety Management

• Ensure all contractors and subcontractors follow company safety standards.
• Conduct safety audits and impose corrective actions for non-compliance.
• Approve method statements and work permits for critical activities.

7. Emergency & Fire Safety

• Develop and implement Emergency Response Plans.
• Conduct regular fire drills, evacuation drills, and rescue simulations.
• Coordinate with fire authorities and local emergency services.

8. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
• Maintain safety dashboards for management review.
• Ensure proper signage, barricading, and safety communication at site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
