Safety Manager- High Rise Construction

Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years (High-Rise Construction Projects)

Qualification:

BE / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent)

ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) – Mandatory

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and manage the safety function at our high-rise construction projects in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and monitoring EHS practices at large-scale high-rise building sites, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and fostering a culture of safety among workforce and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific safety plans, policies, and procedures.

Ensure compliance with national safety regulations, codes, and standards applicable to high-rise construction.

Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

Lead incident/accident investigations and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.

Conduct toolbox talks, safety induction, and training programs for staff, workers, and contractors.

Coordinate with project management, consultants, and client representatives on all EHS matters.

Maintain all EHS documentation, permits, and statutory records.

Promote safety awareness and develop a strong safety culture across the project site.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in construction safety, with at least 5 years in high-rise construction projects.

Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, construction safety practices, and statutory compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Ability to handle safety management independently at large and complex project sites.
