Safety Officer

Job Title: Safety Officer

Qualification: NEBOSH Certified

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plans.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, labor laws, and international standards.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and personal protective gear.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for management review.
• Promote a safety-first culture among all site personnel.

Qualifications & Skills:

• NEBOSH Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE-based construction or industrial site safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE OSHA regulations and international safety standards.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Ability to enforce safety compliance and handle emergency situations
