Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce health & safety policies, procedures, and statutory regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive/corrective measures.
- Ensure all workers, subcontractors, and vendors follow safety protocols.
- Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all site personnel.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for staff and labor.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Contractors for safety compliance.
- Maintain updated records of permits, safety checklists, and statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Scaffolding Safety, and Material Handling guidelines.
- Liaise with government authorities for site inspections and audits.
- Drive awareness programs on workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and first aid.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering with Safety certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / Industrial Safety Diploma preferred).
- Experience: 3–7 years (minimum 2–3 years in interiors, fit-outs, construction, or allied industry).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
