Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce health & safety policies, procedures, and statutory regulations on-site.
  • Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive/corrective measures.
  • Ensure all workers, subcontractors, and vendors follow safety protocols.
  • Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all site personnel.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
  • Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for staff and labor.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Contractors for safety compliance.
  • Maintain updated records of permits, safety checklists, and statutory documents.
  • Ensure compliance with Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, Scaffolding Safety, and Material Handling guidelines.
  • Liaise with government authorities for site inspections and audits.
  • Drive awareness programs on workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and first aid.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering with Safety certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / Industrial Safety Diploma preferred).
  • Experience: 3–7 years (minimum 2–3 years in interiors, fit-outs, construction, or allied industry).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
