Safety Officer

Position: Safety Officer

Qualification: B.Tech (preferably in Mechanical / Industrial Safety)

Experience: 5–6 years (must have relevant site safety management experience in construction / industrial projects)

Location: Site-based role

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all statutory safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
• Provide induction training and toolbox talks to workers.
• Monitor proper use of PPE and enforce safety practices.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with site management to implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Maintain safety documentation and records as per standards.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety standards.
• Ability to train and guide workers on safe practices.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Proactive in identifying risks and suggesting solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
