Safety Officer

Minimum 2 Years of Construction Experience in UAE.

should have UAE Driving License.

Preferred candidate on Visit Visa / Cancelled Visa.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures at the construction site.
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and unsafe conditions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, statutory requirements, and project safety standards.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation including permits, checklists, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure safe execution of works.
• Stop any unsafe work activity and escalate to management if needed.
• Promote awareness of health, safety, and environmental issues among workers.
