Safety Officer

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HSE Officer to join our team in Qatar. This includes conducting inspections, supporting plant operations, and ensuring compliance with both local and international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow and monitor safety procedures, and standards in compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of workplace, tools, and equipment to identify hazards and ensure safe practices.
• Investigate incidents/accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Conduct safety induction and training sessions for employees and contractors.
• Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) across all Plants.
• Coordinate with QHSE Manager to maintain compliance with ISO, HSE, and regulatory requirements.

• Qualifications:
• Engineering Degree in any discipline (preferred in Fire & Safety).
• NEBOSH IGC
• IOSH Managing Safely certification.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as HSE Officer.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
