Supervise and coordinate all Health and Safety (H&S) activities across the facility.

Conduct daily safety inspections and identify potential hazards or unsafe practices.

Ensure workers wear the proper PPE and comply with safety policies.

Prepare and maintain H&S checklists and inspection records.

Maintain discipline and safety awareness among employees through active engagement.

Organize and lead safety induction sessions, tool-box talks, and periodic H&S training.

Record and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss reports.

Oversee the condition and functionality of safety equipment and first aid kits.

Lead emergency evacuation drills and ensure all exit routes are accessible.

Support waste management and housekeeping procedures to maintain a hygienic environment.

Coordinate with supervisors and management to enforce compliance and resolve safety concerns.

Participate in continuous improvement of safety policies and practices.
