Safety Officer

We are looking for a Safety Officer with strong experience in commercial construction projects to ensure safe execution of site activities in line with EHS standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement and monitor EHS practices across commercial construction activities.

· Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety trainings.

· Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms, NBC, and project EHS guidelines.

· Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting, scaffolding, and formwork.

· Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records.

· Coordinate with contractors to close safety non-conformances and observations.

· Support audits and client safety reviews.

Key Requirements

· 6–8 years of experience in safety management for commercial construction projects.

· Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.

· Ability to proactively identify and mitigate site safety risks.

· Good coordination and communication skills.
