Safety Officer

Designation: Safety Steward

Reporting to: Safety Officer / Project Manager
Qualifications: HSC / ITI (Preference to candidates with Safety Certification)
Age: 25 – 35 years
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building construction sites with a focus on safety compliance and supervision
Computer Knowledge: Basic MS Word / Excel (preferred)
Other Specific Experience: Experience working on high-rise building projects will be an added advantage
CTC Budget: Up to ₹6 LPA

Job Description:

• Assist the Safety Officer in implementing and maintaining site safety standards
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure workers are aware of safety procedures
• Monitor compliance with PPE usage and other safety protocols on site
• Report unsafe acts, conditions, and near-miss incidents to the Safety Officer
• Support in maintaining safety documentation and inspection reports
• Ensure emergency procedures are communicated and followed at all times
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to promote a safe working environment
