Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and standards on-site.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures.
  • Organize and conduct toolbox talks, safety drills, and training programs for site personnel.
  • Maintain safety documentation including permits, inspection reports, and training records.
  • Ensure use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers and visitors.
  • Liaise with government agencies, clients, and contractors on safety-related matters.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and proactive engagement.
  • Participate in emergency response planning and implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum [5-6] years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local safety laws, codes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in incident investigation and report writing.
  • Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
