About the Role: Day Shift- Friday, Saturday, Sunday
The Safety Officer plays a critical role in ensuring a secure and supportive environment within healthcare and community settings across the United States. This position focuses on implementing and monitoring safety protocols to protect patients, staff, and visitors while addressing the unique challenges associated with mental health and substance abuse. The Safety Officer will conduct regular patrols and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and intervene proactively to prevent incidents. Additionally, the role involves providing patient support services that promote well-being and assist individuals facing mental health or substance abuse challenges. Ultimately, the Safety Officer contributes to a culture of safety, compliance, and compassionate care by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and responding effectively to emergencies.
