Job Title: HSE Officer (Health, Safety & Environment)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental standards on construction sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and Ashghal requirements. The role requires independent site management and proactive risk prevention to maintain a safe working environment.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualification (Non-Negotiable):

• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• Experience:
• Minimum 3–4 years of GCC experience in construction projects (Ashghal experience is mandatory)
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits
• Mandatory Criteria:
• Must have hands-on experience managing site safety independently
• Familiar with all safety procedures and compliance standards
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English
• Ability to handle site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation of HSE policies and procedures on-site
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Monitor compliance with Ashghal and local safety regulations
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness sessions
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work practices
