Safety Officer

Position: Safety Officer

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced QHSE Officer to join our team within the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Project Quality Plans (PQP), method statements, and risk assessments
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox talks
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions
• Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports
• Manage QA/QC documentation and quality dossiers
• Close NCRs, SORs, and safety observations in a timely manner
• Support achieving a zero-accident work environment

Key Requirements:

• Diploma Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Industrial, or Safety Engineering)
• Additional safety certifications
• Occupational Safety Hazard and control Measures of these Hazards about 5+ years Experience
• Strong knowledge of HSE audits, risk assessment, JSA/JHA, and QA/QC documentation

Preferred:

• Previous experience or approval with Aramco or SABIC is a strong advantage
