Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified Safety Officer with proven experience in high-rise building construction and façade works within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce site safety practices in accordance with UAE regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Ensure compliance with safety standards for high-rise construction and façade activities
• Identify hazards related to working at height, scaffolding, and façade installation
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and inductions for workers
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and incident records
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to implement corrective actions
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment at all times
• Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend preventive measures

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety.
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience as a Safety Officer
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction and façade works
• Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality)
• NEBOSH/IOSH certification is required
• Strong understanding of working at height, lifting operations, and façade installation risks
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Immediate availability is preferred
