Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleanliness & Sanitation Management

  • Oversee daily cleaning operations across office premises
  • Ensure workspaces, restrooms, and common areas meet hygiene standards
  • Supervise cleaning staff or external service providers

2. Health & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Conduct routine inspections and hygiene audits
  • Identify risks and recommend corrective actions

3. Infection Prevention & Control

  • Implement hygiene protocols to reduce the spread of illnesses
  • Ensure availability of sanitizers, soaps, and protective equipment
  • Respond to health-related incidents and outbreaks

4. Training & Awareness

  • Educate employees on hygiene practices and workplace cleanliness
  • Conduct training sessions and awareness campaigns

5. Waste & Environmental Management

  • Manage proper waste segregation and disposal systems
  • Promote environmentally friendly practices such as recycling

6. Pest Control Coordination

  • Monitor and coordinate pest control activities
  • Liaise with external vendors for preventive and corrective measures

7. Supplies & Inventory

  • Maintain stock of cleaning materials and hygiene supplies
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement and usage

8. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain records of inspections, cleaning schedules, and incidents
  • Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous hotel experience preferred
  • Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Communication and training abilities
  • Problem-solving and inspection skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
