Driver-cum Supervisor (Commercial Cleaning Services)

Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicles responsibly to transport cleaning staff, tools, and materials to assigned locations. Lead and supervise cleaning teams on-site, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with company quality standards. Plan daily work schedules, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance. Check stock levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment maintenance requirements promptly. Respond to client queries politely and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures are followed across job sites.

Requirements:
Holding a valid UAE driving license (Manual) with a good driving record. Previous experience in cleaning operations or supervisory roles is an added advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills. Ability to supervise teams, handle on-site issues, and support operations when required. Physically fit to assist with cleaning tasks if needed. Reliable, punctual, customer-focused, and ready for immediate joining.
