Key Responsibilities -These responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, till retention and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Will act as a bridge between the company and its employees. Updating company HR polices, documentation, culture, processes and handle chemical industries safety and also security guard. Also have knowledge for Safety details of some products like chlorine, ammonia gas, So2 gas, CAC. Should knowledge of Fire safety, electric safety and PPT kit.
Required Skill - Labour low and regulations. Strong PRO, computer, strong communication and convincing skills.
Internal Responsibilities -
1. Salary calculate as per company structure and considering gov. laws.
2. Recruiting and retaining employees.
3. Maintain balance between management and employees benefits and requirements.
4. Bringing new ideas and Implementing new systems and rules in company.
External Resonsibilities -
1. Maintaining compliance with all labour and employee laws. eg ESIC,PF, PT, bonus.. etc.
2. Coordination with relevant officers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,662.30 - ₹27,174.06 per month
