Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Safety Officer with facade experience to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in occupational health & safety with specific expertise in facade works, including installation, maintenance, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, particularly in facade-related works.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective measures.
• Deliver safety induction and toolbox talks for workers and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure safe work practices.
• Ensure use of proper PPE and adherence to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in facade projects (mandatory).
• NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification (mandatory).
• Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and motivate site staff on safety compliance.
• Immediate availability preferred.
