Safety Officer - Female

The Role
This opportunity is with a reputable construction company specializing in high-rise building projects. Key Responsibilities: -Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on site -Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards -Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and local laws -Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation -Provide safety training and awareness programs to staff -Investigate incidents and accidents and suggest preventive measures -Monitor personal protective equipment (PPE) usage and safety equipment -Assist with risk assessments and safety audits

Requirements

• Engineering background (preferred) -NEBOSH certification (Mandatory) -Ability to work in a team and independently -Good communication and organizational skills -Willing to learn and grow in the role
