Safety Supervisor

• Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for all workers and visitors.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective or preventive measures.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safe conditions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses, and prepare reports.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
• Ensure use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all personnel.
• Coordinate emergency drills and first-aid training sessions.
• Liaise with project managers and supervisors to implement safe systems of work.
• Enforce disciplinary action in case of repeated safety violations.

3. Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / Diploma in Industrial Safety (as applicable).
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in safety supervision, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
