Safety Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Safety Supervisor to ensure health and safety compliance at project sites. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe working environment and reduce workplace risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce site safety rules and procedures
• Conduct daily site inspections and identify hazards
• Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers
• Report incidents and assist in investigations
• Conduct toolbox talks and basic safety training
• Maintain HSE documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with company and client safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Safety Supervisor
• Relevant safety certification (NEBOSH / IOSH preferred)
• Strong understanding of HSE practices and site safety rules
• Good observation and reporting skills
• Ability to manage safety independently on site

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in industrial or construction environments
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
