About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sage Expert with 5–8 years of hands-on expertise in Sage ERP (preferably Sage X3 or Sage 300). The candidate will be responsible for managing implementation, customization, support, and optimization of Sage solutions to meet business requirements across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Sage ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design scalable solutions within Sage ERP.
• Configure, customize, and integrate Sage ERP with other enterprise applications.
• Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and process optimization.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and automation workflows as per business needs.
• Train and mentor end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Sage solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth ERP operations.
• Stay updated with Sage product upgrades, patches, and best practices.
• Manage small to medium projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Sage ERP (preferably Sage X3, Sage 300, or Sage Intacct).
• Strong functional knowledge of at least 2 modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, HR/Payroll.
• Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Sage reporting tools.
• Experience with customization, scripting, and third-party integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client-facing roles, lead workshops, and handle escalations.
• Project management exposure (Agile/Waterfall) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
