Roles & Responsibilities:
- To handle day to day operational contracts of the company and its affiliates such as Administrative & Project related agreements, Real Estate Contacts, Lease Agreements and business agreements etc.
- To handle all kinds of contracts related to investments and business finance such as debt-financing, derivative agreements, CCD / OFCD agreements, funding / borrowing agreements, security creation contracts etc.
- To handle all sorts of contracts including strategic agreements such as share subscription agreements, shareholders agreement and similar contracts entered in Private Equity, Venture-Capital, slump sale, asset or business transfer contracts, merger & acquisitions etc.
- To handle the documentation management including submitting necessary MIS / Reports to Senior Management from time to time.
- To keep track of the compliances / obligations arising out of these contracts and shall maintain such systems or processes in place to ensure the proper updation and compliance of all such ongoing obligations.
- To handle all litigation and its documentation such as drafting, filing necessary submissions and representing before appropriate courts/tribunal/forums.
- To liaise with law firms, advocates and other advisors / consultants and briefing them, as required.
- Submission of necessary MIS / Reports to Senior Management from time to time.
- Preparation of strategic notes/executive notes/letters/application and any other form of communications as may be required by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
