Job Title: Salad Maker (With Catering Experience)

Job Summary:
The Salad Maker is responsible for preparing and assembling a variety of fresh salads, dressings, and cold dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards. This role ensures the presentation, taste, and freshness of all items while maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The Salad Maker works closely with the kitchen and service teams to deliver consistent and high-quality food for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble salads, dressings, and other cold dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients used in salad preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards strictly.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients, notify supervisors of shortages, and assist with stock rotation.
• Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new salads or cold dishes.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Handle special dietary requests or modifications as instructed by supervisors.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are cleaned and properly stored after use.
• Support overall kitchen operations and perform additional tasks as required by supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in food preparation, particularly salads or cold dishes, is preferred.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, safety standards, and handling procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic culinary knowledge and willingness to learn new techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
