Salary Entry & Attendance Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Salary Entry & Attendance Clerk to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee attendance records, preparing salary sheets, and assisting with payroll processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Record and update daily employee attendance.
  • Maintain leave records and timesheets.
  • Prepare and verify monthly salary reports.
  • Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for payroll processing.
  • Assist in handling employee queries related to attendance and salary.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR/Accounting or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or payroll (preferred, but freshers may apply).
  • Strong Excel and data entry skills.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
