Sale Agent

We are seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents This is a client-facing sales position that requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

Requirements:

· Experience in live transfer campaigns preferred. (Insurance mainly)

· Minimum 6 months of experience in the same or relevant domain.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is must.

· Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently

· Punctuality and attendance is a must

· Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity.

Key Responsibilities:

· Educate potential clients on insurance products and their benefits.

· Guide clients through a simplified application process, often without medical exams.

· Recommend policy options based on individual client needs and budgets.

· Build and maintain relationships with clients and their families.

· Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain accurate records of interactions.

· Stay informed on product updates, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.
